Monday, August 16th, 2010

According to victorious India website design, the web development life sequence can be broken up into 11 different phases that happen more or less consecutively. There can be an overlap between some of the phases during the development of the website so some litheness is required. Here is an outline of each phase to help you realize just some of what is concerned in a successful website development plan.

Use internet marketing to get offline local businesses

Monday, January 4th, 2010

Much talk has been generated recently of helping small businesses garner an online presence, to reach out to more customers. I have had a tough time trying to convince owners that internet can do wonders for their business, especially when i try to pitch one to one.

I found the following works best (i am in singapore, by the way)

I send out mass fax, or postcard marketing, with the bold title- “Can the internet triple your business?”

Followed by a $5 seminar, it cannot be free because you have to disqualify prospects.

I will wait until there are 30 respondents before i actually launch the free seminar.

Once you have all the owners in one venue, its easier to show them on the screen, how their business compares to the competitor.

Its tough work, but it sure does pay well!

Insurance doing nothing?!

Saturday, February 21st, 2009

You probably heard back in October how my house was robbed. Well these past few months have been hell with the insurance company. We are not even sure if they are gonna cover anything at all. You think these companies are suppose to protect the people, but I guess I am wrong. Seems like they couldn’t care less.  I am still hanging in however and not gonna give up until I get back everything I rightfully own. I lost a lot of money these months trying to replace everything. Anyway, I suggest those whom live in Quebec, Canada should stay away from Desjardin Home Insurance. They did not protect my family at all from this robbery and I am pretty sure there are other much better companies for home insurance. If you do happen to live in Québec and deal with them, post your oppinion about them in the comments. If you don’t live in Quebec, talk about your home insurance companie and tell us why they are good or bad. I look forward to reading all your comments. ^_^

Stop pissing people off!

Saturday, February 14th, 2009

Okay, let me explain myself. It’s a problem I have with most social networks these days is that people are blatantly spamming another persons profile or private messaging someone they don’t even know with their links or jv offers… or whatever it maybe they are spamming. If you happen to do this, you will just give yourself a bad name in the future. That’s what you have your own profile and blog for, and also forums for the matter. Do not spam in general. Make it so that people will actually look for you. Get known and then promote your stuff. If people want to check out anything I have, they could simply check my blog where I can speak my mind and post whatever the hell I like. Anyway, spamming people will just piss them off and less people will be attracted to what you have to offer.

I thought I would let you know about one of my favourite clinical hypnotists that has a great line of hypnosis cd’s and mp3′s that can help through problems you may be facing on the online and offline world.  The hypnotist I am talking about is Steve G. Sick Of The Old School Network Marketing Tactics?

Thursday, January 8th, 2009

Are you tired of the old school network marketing techniques? You know the 3 foot rule, hanging fliers, bugging your family and friends, and holding hotel meetings. I know that when I first joined my first network marketing company, I was told all the same stuff. I was told to build a list of that I knew and basically make cold calls to every one of them to ask and see if they would be interested in making some extra money.

In the end I was only faced with questions I was unable to answer, getting hung up on, and faced with nothing but rejection. It’s all because I came off as being needy. When I was officially shunned by everyone that I knew, all my upline told me to do was to go out and buy some opportunity leads. This only led me to some more rejection and spending a bunch of money. Now I was out of money, and had nothing to show for it. Then just as I was going to give up, I found what I consider to be the “life saver” for my business. This life saver I speak of was Mike Dillard’s 7 Day Free Video Boot Camp.

In these 7 free videos Mike explained how I could attract an endless stream of prospects to me ready to join and actually get paid to prospect. These videos have really changed the way I do my business, and I think they can help you too. You can get free instant access to these free videos here…

This is why I stated clearly in the past never to buy leads. This is a story that I am sure a lot of you can relate to. I would gladly like to hear what you personally think about magnetic sponsoring and how it has affected your life… if it had at all. If you haven’t checked it out, then I highly recommend you check the videos. I think it may change your perspective at least a little.
